Starting a new school is an exciting milestone—but it doesn’t have to be stressful. At The Magnolia School, our goal is to make the admissions process simple, personal, and welcoming from the very first step.
We offer rolling admissions, so there are no strict application deadlines. Families are welcome to apply at any time during the year.
There are no pass/fail entrance tests—we understand that every child is unique. Instead, we invite families to meet with us in a friendly, low-pressure setting where we can truly get to know each student as an individual.
As an assent-based program, our students choose to be here. We believe that when children want to learn, growth happens naturally.

Admission Process
1. Schedule a
Tour
Tours last approximately one hour. We will show you around the school and spend time getting to know your family and educational goals for your child.

2. Submit an Application
Submit your application online along with the application fee. Once received, we will contact you to schedule the trial period.

3. Trial Period
​
The trial period typically lasts 1-3 days. We will let you know how long we anticipate the trial period to last prior to scheduling. This time helps us get to know your child better so we can learn how to best support them.
4. Decision
​
Enrollment decisions are made within 7 days of your trial period
ending. Once accepted, a start date will be scheduled and your child’s spot will be held by paying the registration fee. Enrollment paperwork must be completed prior to the start date.
