A CLOSER LOOK
A Magnolia, we believe that communication is a two-way street. It's a critical tool for ensuring each student reaches their full potential. Our support card is a critical tool for achieving that. It's a simple card that travels home every day.
A small card.
A better picture.

INDIVIDUALIZED COMMENTS DAILY

WHY WE DO IT?
Real-time feedback,
not end of semester surprises
Some schools wait to update you during planned parent-teacher conferences scheduled a few times a year. The Daily Support Card closes the gap - every day, you know exactly how your child's day went, in specific terms you can actually use to start a conversation with them.
The daily support card changed our family's dinner table. We stopped asking 'how was school' and started having actual conversations, because we already knew where to start. That's not a small thing.

Find Your Child's Place
We serve every stage from preschool through 8th grade - with the same commitment to knowing every child.
Custom point systems for every child.
Each domain earns points throughout the day - a shared, visual language for how often a child gets positive feedback.
No two cards are alike: teachers adjust the goals and thresholds to match each student's stage and plan.
Each card includes at least 2 written comments daily, so the numbers always come with real context.

It's our 'kind of day'
A points system only works with a real, human moment behind it. Every day, each student gets a short 1:1 with their teacher to talk through how the day went, points earned, and opportunities for tomorrow.
Students can use these points in a curated classroom store that includes small trinkets and group rewards, such as toy and movie passes.
A few quick questions, answered
Does every student get one?
Yes. All of our Preschool and Elementary School students should come home each day with a Daily Support Card.
Why are our cards primarily = (meet expectations)?
Meeting expectations is a good day. It shows that your child did what was expected of them that day, and that's a huge win. We reserve "exceed expectations" for the moments that deserve it so that we can all celebrate together.
What happens on a hard day?
It shows up honestly. That's the point. The goal isn't a perfect card; it's an accurate one. Comments give context, not punishment.
Will there ever be additional follow-ups?
Yes. Parents and teachers are always welcome to share additional feedback via email or in person. Our teacher will proactively reach out with themes they've noticed that they can partner with parents to address.
Come Meet Our Community.
The best way to understand Magnolia is to walk through our doors, see the classrooms, meet the teachers and feel the energy that keeps families around for years.

"This is truly an amazing school. Every child is treated like a priority, and the sense of community is so strong and powerful."
